  • All products are vegan— completely dairy- and egg-free! Some products are or can be made nut- and soy-free. We do not offer any gluten-free products at this time. If you have a question about a specific pastry, feel free to ask!

  • Yes! Please contact us at andy@firsteditionbakery.com or use the contact form button in the front or bottom header. Prices will vary based on size, design, filling, and use of specialized ingredients. There is no additional charge for vegan cakes :)

  • All desserts are vegan by default. However, non-vegan custom cakes can be ordered on request.

  • Short answer: yes!

    Long answer: yes BUT I may not be able to add an item onto a menu for various reasons, including pricing of ingredients, seasonality, and because I don’t want to.   • First Edition Bakery is a small micro-bakery running out of Jackson Heights, Queens. We currently offer limited pick-ups and will be appearing at scattered pop-up locations through the summer. Visit our instagram page for the most up-to-date information on where we might be next!
